Mobile work hall
The invention relates to a mobile work hall for working on train tracks. The aim of such a work hall is to make maintenance work on track systems and in particular the repair of switches easier and safer. This increases plant availability and occupational safety. In particular, work on switch areas should be made easier.
According to the state of the art, machining and maintenance of track sections are carried out throughout the year in practically any weather and air temperature. This is particularly difficult for sections with switches, since switches of the new generation have a high dead weight and great length of the individual parts. So far, it has been necessary to use manipulation vehicles such as track excavators, although two manipulation vehicles are also required for the new switches.
The necessary and also required protection against the neighboring track is usually done with a mobile track barrier in connection with security posts. The safeguarding of the construction site was always to be set up due to the system and the means for this had to be decided on the spot. It was always necessary to slow the trains on the neighboring tracks.
The work place was illuminated by mobile spotlights which, due to the space available, mostly only allowed poor lighting of the construction site. Weather protection was usually not possible, which resulted in increased stress and susceptibility to illness for the staff. The storage and transport processes of the individual components required for maintenance had to be timed before and after the main work, which delayed the
Processing involved.
Mobile work halls have already become known. These are equipped with railway wheels and have the disadvantage that the necessary wheel axles have to protrude across the track and thus represent an obstacle to working in the work hall. In particular, the machining of the large lengths of rail sections and switches used today, such as the exchange of longer rails or switch components, such as heart and tongue devices, is difficult or even difficult
impossible.
The object of the invention is to eliminate the above problems and to largely protect the entire working area from the weather. The manipulation with the rail components and switch parts should be carried out with the help of a crane system. If possible, no further vehicles should be required. Protection against the parallel tracks should be sufficient so that there is no risk to personnel and the neighboring tracks can also be operated without slow travel. In addition, the work area should be equipped in such a way that there is good stationary illumination. Any storage and removal should be possible in one work step with the main work.
According to the present invention, the mobile work hall mentioned at the outset is characterized in that the work hall has at least two portal supports which are adjustable in height and width and which are joined to one another via longitudinal members
stable hall frames are connected.
Further features are the claims or the description below and the
Take drawings.
The portal supports preferably each have two telescopically adjustable support legs, which are connected by means of cross members, the cross members being telescopically adjustable in length, so that the width and width of the hall frame
Height is adjustable. Advantageously, the longitudinal beams can at least partially as
Crane rails can be formed.
The support legs are preferably telescopic to the ground and the cross members can carry telescopic extensions on which the support legs
arranged and thus laterally adjustable.
The hall frame can be covered laterally by side walls, and the work hall can be roofed upwards by a roof construction.
In a further development of the invention it can be provided that the support legs are formed at the lower ends with a chassis, which is for example a wheel chassis or a crawler chassis.
The work hall is preferably provided in combination with a transport wagon, the work hall being able to be placed on the transport wagon for the transport of the work hall and the transport wagon with a support frame for support
the work hall is equipped for transport.
The invention further relates to a mobile device for arranging a protected work area on a track section, characterized by the combination of a transport wagon movable on the track with a work hall according to one or more of the preceding claims, the width and height of the work hall being changeable, so that the work hall with the transport wagon can be driven on the track in a small dimension, and the work hall as
protected working area can be enlarged.
The work area can be extended by arranging several work halls.
The work hall according to the invention fulfills all the desired tasks, which also results in the advantages over the prior art. Employee satisfaction is increased with regard to workplace design. Work accidents are reduced and there is a contribution to health management by reducing sick leave due to full-surface weather protection, significantly reducing the noise level and the exhaust gas pollution of the staff. In addition, there is also a reduction in noise emissions
Residential areas.
The work hall comprises a fixed roof structure with a crane system that can be moved in the longitudinal and transverse direction and covers the entire work area. The side panels can be extended laterally to match the work area. The hydraulically or electromechanically controlled support legs and support feet enable horizontal alignment of the work hall in the longitudinal and transverse axes. The energy required and the operation of the crane system can be drawn from a generator or from batteries. The battery storage is conveniently charged via solar modules attached to the roof of the work hall. If necessary, charging is also possible via the power grid or a generator.
A wagon is used as the carrier vehicle for the work hall. The work hall can be set down at the construction site by radio remote control. In this process, the entire work area is covered by the work hall in one work step. If required, several work halls can also be used at the same time, i.e. in a row. After positioning the work hall above the work area and pulling out the wagons, all necessary work can be carried out in the protection of the work hall without being endangered by train traffic and regardless of the weather. The crane system is designed so that all heavy switch parts can be manipulated during the work. In addition, the loading and unloading of switch parts or rails from uncovered wagons for free movement is possible.
It is particularly advantageous that the interior of the work hall and in particular the area near the rail is free of wheel axles or cross members when the work hall is set down at the work place.
Furthermore, it is advantageous that the work hall can be extended and removed asymmetrically from the side (in relation to the longitudinal axis or the rail course) in order to be able to meet the requirements of the work place and the work processes in the work hall. The work hall can be set down without external help, such as by a crane.
Another advantage results from the fact that the work station can be made largely as long as desired if several work halls are set up one behind the other. For this purpose, several transport wagons with the corresponding number of work halls can be transported and set down.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.
All figures show the invention schematically, with a view to understanding the invention
not essential parts are omitted.
Fig. 1 is an oblique view of the hall frame.
Fig. 2 shows the view of the front of the work hall.
Fig. 3 shows the work hall on the transport wagon on delivery.
Figures 4 to 7 show the processes when parking the work hall at the work area.
Fig. 8 shows an oblique view of the hall frame in another
Design variant.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the hall frame 1, which consists essentially of two or more portal supports 2 and a corresponding number of side members 3, through which the portal supports 2 are firmly connected. In the present case, the longitudinal beams 3 also serve as crane rails, as will be described later
will be explained later.
Each portal support 2 comprises two support legs 4 and a crossbeam 5. The crossbeams 5 each have extensions 6 at their ends, which can be moved hydraulically or by means of other movement devices so that the support legs 4 connected to them can be moved apart or towards one another. Of the extensions 6, the support legs 4 are directed essentially vertically downwards and the
Support legs 4 end in telescopic support feet 7.
Thus, a hall frame 1 is provided, the both in height and in width and sufficiently the position of the side members 3 in the work hall
Requirements can be adjusted.
The number of portal supports 2 can also be greater than two, depending on the length of the hall frame 1 as well as that which is to be received via the side members 3
Burden.
The number of longitudinal beams 3 can also be adapted to the static requirements and the longitudinal beams 3 can also be provided in addition to crane rails. In the present embodiments, the crane rails are formed by the longitudinal beams 3 in order to keep the weight of the hall frame 1 as low as possible.
2 shows the view of the front side of the mobile work hall with a view through the portal supports 2. In a preferred embodiment, the support legs 4 carry side walls 8 and the cross members 5 carry the central roof 10 as part of the roof construction 9. The side roof skirts 11 are with the Support legs 4 and the side walls 8 are connected in terms of movement, so that the roof aprons 11 can each participate in the movement of the support legs 4 relative to the central roof 10. This ensures that the roof is sufficiently tight in each lateral adjustment position of the support legs 4.
A crane system 12 is provided between the longitudinal beams 3, which act as crane rails, which can be moved along the longitudinal beams 3 and which ensures the possibility of lifting and lowering heavy loads in the entire work hall.
The roof structure 9 and the side walls 8 are designed according to the structural requirements, e.g. by wind and snow pressure, and taking into account the congestion and suction forces caused by train traffic. The front sides of the work hall remain open.
The material used for the side walls 8 and the roof structure 9 depends on the loads and type of use. Examples of the material are plastic and / or sheet metal plates.
A typical process for using the work hall is illustrated with the aid of FIGS. 3 to 7.
3 is the work hall, of which only the hall frame 1 is shown for the sake of simplicity. By means of a transport wagon 13, the work hall on the track 14 is brought to the point at which work is to be carried out, for example above a switch system.
For transport, the hall frame 1 is contracted to the smallest dimension, so that the support legs 4 and the cross members 5 are retracted, so that the work hall fits onto the transport wagon 13 and the legally prescribed dimensions for the rail transport are not exceeded.
The transport wagon 13 has a support frame 15 in order to support and hold the work hall for driving and manipulation.
In a next step, the hall frame 1 is enlarged laterally according to FIG. 4 by pushing the extensions 6 out of the cross member 5. The two
Extensions 6 of the cross member 5 can be pushed out laterally independently of one another for different lengths, as is also shown in FIG. 4, as a result of which the position of the longitudinal members 3 and the crane system 12 suspended on them are shifted
can.
When the two support legs 4 have assumed the correct position, the support feet 7 are pressed down, placed on the floor and moved on until the cross members 5 are lifted off the support frame 15. 5, the transport wagon 13 can be removed so that the work hall is released inside. This position is shown in Fig. 6.
It should be mentioned that the crane system 12 is not shown in these FIGS. 4 to 6, but can either already be present or can also be used subsequently
can be.
7 shows the situation in which the work hall has assumed the desired dimension, which of course has to be adapted to the respective requirements.
If only one portal support 2 is drawn in FIGS. 3 to 7, then it goes without saying that all portal supports 2 of the work hall must carry out the same movement patterns. The cladding of the work hall, namely the side walls 8 and the roof structure 9, can be installed in all of these processes and are only for the sake of easier illustration in FIGS. 3
to 7 not shown.
Fig. 8 shows an oblique view of the hall frame 1 in a modified embodiment. This variant largely corresponds to that of FIG. 1. In addition, it is shown schematically that the support feet 7 are each equipped with a chassis 16 in order to be able to move the work hall without the aid of a transport wagon 13. The running gear 16 can either be a gear train or a crawler track. The undercarriage 16 can be motor-operated or can only be equipped with trailing elements. The trolleys 16 of a work hall can be fixedly mounted on the support feet 7 or can also be provided to be removable.
In addition, in the embodiment according to FIG. 8, in addition to the longitudinal beams 3, longitudinal struts 17 are drawn in, which support the supporting legs 4 against one another in order to stiffen the hall. This can be particularly advantageous if the work hall with the undercarriages 16 is displaced, whereby forces can occur in the longitudinal direction of the work hall.
The longitudinal struts 17 can be attached directly to the support legs 4. Alternatively, the longitudinal struts 17 can also be part of the side walls 8 or be formed by the side walls 8, which in this case are designed to be correspondingly stable
have to.
The telescopic extensions 6 can be driven, for example, hydraulically or electromechanically. The work hall offers space for lighting, tools and the necessary units. A power supply is possible by means of solar cells on the roof structure 9 and storage battery. A mains connection or a generator can also be provided.
The following advantageous features are also noteworthy: The work hall is designed in such a way that it protects workers from passing trains and as weather protection during maintenance and repair work
Renewal work on switches or tracks 14 can be used.
The work hall is transported on standard wagons or, if necessary, on custom-made wagons.
By lining up several work halls, construction sites of any length can be covered.
With the work hall one or more switches including intermediate tracks or only
Tracks 14 are covered completely.
The manipulation of individual components (cardio-tongue device etc.) or repair of the switch or track system can be carried out over the entire covered area without obstruction (no axes or cross connections). This is the
Unlimited length of the components to be manipulated.
All components can be manipulated with the crane system 12.
The loading and unloading of components or tools from the wagon can take place under the protection of the work hall with the crane system 12.
Depending on the design of the work hall or the rail vehicles, the passage is from
rail-bound vehicles possible through the work hall.
Construction machinery (excavators, etc.) can be used to protect the work hall.
Depending on the version, the work hall can be implemented independently on the rail or on crawler tracks or wheels according to the progress of work
will.
The loading and unloading of the work hall can be done remotely.
The leveling of the work hall in relation to the support points can be done fully automatically.
The alignment in the longitudinal and transverse axes can be permanently monitored electronically and corrected independently.
Using the features described above, a mobile device for arranging a protected work area on a track section is also provided in combination with a transport wagon that can be moved on the track and with a work hall, the dimension of the work hall in its width
and height is changeable, so that the work hall with the
Transport wagons can be driven on the track, and the work hall can be enlarged as a protected work area.
